Fresh asparagus spears cleaned & trimmed
EVOO or bottled vinaigrette
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place asparagus spears in a large zip-lok bag with a drizzle of EVOO or vinaigrette. Massage until a bit of oil or dressing is on all the spears.
Place asparagus on rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Roast asparagus until just crisp tender, about 12 minutes.
